The Management had its humble beginnings as a concept. Two friends, one old the other young, both share a passion for music and the performance of it. The concept was, “Why not form a band who’s purpose and mission was to play original music along with their own interpretation of other's already published music in their own style. Forget the money! Let’s play and perform music just for the love of it. Let’s make it affordable for all people!” Within that ethos, the Management was born. Phone calls and divine meetings later all of the players were in place.
The guitarist was pulled from a Latino band; laying down colorful stylistic leads and funky urban style vamps. Logan makes his old Stratocaster sing through complex leads and soulful chords.
The rhythm guitarist and female vocalist had been rooted in the indie earth-born music of the singer song writer tradition of acoustic music and coffee shop performances. Jordan's soulful vocals and smooth background vocals sweeten the Management mix.
Now for the front man.Yes! you guessed it, we're talking about the old guy. Well, he’s a child of the 80′s the birth place of electronica and glam rock. His love of keyboard, Keytars, and great guitar riffs that melt your face off are evident in his performance From screaming out lyrics from behind the grunt of an aggressive guitar to the smooth crooning of a love ballad James is at home with these extremes.
Sounds pretty eclectic. It is a veritable gumbo of sounds with its own style and organic feel. The Management. Music in its pure form untainted by money, industry and the Illuminati. Music the way it was meant to be; FUN and affordable!
